- Privacy: MelanieMichele - Jewelry is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect about our customers to fulfill product and service purchases. MelanieMichele does not share, sell, or rent your transactional information to others.

- Service: We are commited to giving our customers the best possible service. We strive to answer every email within a 48 hour period.

- Gift Boxes: All MelanieMichele - Jewelry is shipped in a jewelry gift box for easy gifting or storing.

- Shipping:
USPS Priority Shipping is Free.
Since everything is custom made for you when you order, you can customize it to your heart's content! We believe that offering this service to our clients is an experience that makes the whole buying process unique and time saving. Please allow us time to work with you, generally your order will take 7 to 14 days to make and then it will take 2-3 business days to arrive at your location. Please Note: All MelanieMichele Jewelry and Headpieces are made to order, if it is an all new design it could take up to 4 weeks or for us to complete it.

- Returns/Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from MelanieMichele - Jewelry, simply return the item(s) within 10 days from date shipped, in original packaging, for a prompt refund to MelanieMichele Jewelry, 8 Maple Place, Normal IL 61761.

Credit Card Processing Fees (10% of order) are not refundable. Shipping Fees are also are not refundable and orders shipped with free shipping will have the shipping charges subtracted from the credit balance. Orders shipped with a free gift will have the value of the gift deducted from the credit balance. For your protection, please send all returns via Fed Ex, UPS or insured parcel post.

Exchanges are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your return. The exchanged merchandise will not be subject to additional shipping charges.

- Repairs: We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all MelanieMichele jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within 6 months based on normal usage, simply send the item to us for a free repair. If you accidentally broke your ‘favorite’ piece of MelanieMichele jewelry, we will repair it for a flat fee of $25 plus cost of additional materials, should they be needed. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for any repairs.

For your protection, please send all returns via Fed Ex, UPS or insured parcel post. Ship Repairs to: MelanieMichele, 8 Maple Place, Normal IL 61761.
